the best or reliable graphics card that i have seen on the market is a 512mb GeForce. It managed about 110 fps on doom3 which was the best graphics card said by APC magazine. other graphic cards can only manage about 90-95 and thats on a resolution of 800x600 but this one managed it on 1024x768

and as for coolers the cheapest water cooler i've seen is about 350 but if anyone knows of better collers than this post em.
